Questions about plans
- What counts toward the address limit?
- Each address record you keep counts once, whatever its status. Planning a large subnet doesn't use any of your allowance; only the addresses you record do.
- What happens when I reach a limit?
- IPCraft stops new additions past the limit and tells you which one you reached. Nothing you already have is changed or removed.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. Switch or cancel from the billing portal in Settings. If a new plan allows fewer webhooks, the newest ones above the limit are paused, and they switch back on once you have room again.
- What does unlimited mean?
- Unlimited folders, subnets, VLANs, VRFs, locations, and people are subject to the fair-use limits in our Terms of Service.
- Is my data kept apart from other customers'?
- Yes. Every workspace is isolated by row-level security in Postgres, so the database itself refuses to return another workspace's rows.
